The Nutcracker

Merry Christmas!!

Today, I went to Akasaka and watched a ballet performance,"The Nutcracker" of K-ballet company with my friend.
We met at Akasaka station and talked at Tally's coffe. I enjoyed conversation.
The peformance was held at Akasaka theater. Akasaka sacas was decorated with a lot of illuminations. There were so beautiful.

The performance was really wonderful. My friend watched ballet performance at first time today, but she said,"It was great", so I was happy to invite her.
I have watched only Matsuyama ballet' "The Nutcracker" before, so it was first time for me to watch other company's one. The story is same, but there were a lot of differences. I enjoyed this one as well as Matsuyama's.
At the last of the stage, Mr Tetsuya Kumakawa appeared on the stage,so I was surprised and very excited. I saw him directly for the first time. He was cool. When the performance finished, there were lots of applause. I clapped my hands because I was so impressed by the performance.

Then, the main soloists shook hands with audience. I waited my turn standing in a long line. I was the last person of the line. The two sololists shook hands with smile with audience by turns. When my turn, I was nervous and the sololist said,"Thank you for waiting here to the end" to me. I didn't think that I could talk with them, so I was really glad. I said,"The performance was so beautiful". I talked with another sololist a little. I am very happy and lucky to talk with them!!!
I felt wonderful.

To watch "The Nutcracker", I spent really wonderful time on Christmas Eve.

I want to watch ballet performance again.

Christmas Eve Eve

Yesterday, I went to Ginga areana to skate again.
I had lunch with other members at Machida. The restaurant we went to was nice. we forgot to order because of talking.
We skated together. It was fun, but my foot was painful because the skate shoose was tight and firm. There were some people who practiced figure skating. They had high-skill and to look at their practice was fun.

Today, I will go to see ballet performance of "The Nutcracker" in Akasaka, so I am now really excited.

shopping

Today, I did my part time job at a family restaurant for three hours. Then, I went to a lesson. After that, I went to Yokohama for shopping with my sister. I didn't have money, so I just followed with her.But I was bored because I couldn't buy anything. In the evening, I had dinner with my family at a family restaurant where I did a part time job before. I met the orner there. It felt a little awkward.
Tomorrow is the last day of school. I am glad but also sad. Christmas is coming soon. I become excited near Christmas though I have not so many plans. What will you do on Christmas?

Father's birthday

Today is my father's birthday. So, we had special dinner. we ate Sekihan which my grandmother cooked and cake.
We sang "Happy birthday" together. I and my sister gave him some presents. I gave him his favorite senbei and something. I chose the presents after school today. He looked happy, so I was glad.
The school will enter the winter vacation soon. I am looking forward to it though I feel a little sad.
But I have some plans on Christmas and new year, so I am looking forward to it.

movie

Recently, I haven't had anything special, so today I want to introduce one of my favorite movies.
I like to watch movies. Have you ever seen "Enchanted"?
This is Disney movie.The story is that a princess of fairy tale comes to a real world. The interesting point of this movie is that both of animation and drama are used. In this movie, some beautiful musics are used, so we can also enjoy those musics. The costumes the princess wears are cute, and this movie entails some other dieney movie's stories such as "Sleepin beauty" and "Cinderela". It is funny to find such scenes. If you haven's seen this movie, I recommend you to watch this especially for women.

GP final

Yesterday, I watched GP final of figure skating. Did you watch it?
Mao Asada got a glod medal!!
I was really glad:D
To see her performance, I was really impressed. I think she has brave heart because she did her performance in front of many audience and overcame lots of pressures.
I like to watch figure skating, because it is beautiful.
I want to skate like figure skaters.

The rainbow

The rainbow
We can sometimes see a colorful arc in the sky. It is a rainbow. The rainbow is one of the optical phenomenon which looks very beautiful. The name of “rainbow” is also used in Japan. The name comes from a bow of rain. So, what is the rainbow? The rainbow is an arc light which has the spectrum of light from red to violet. An English chemist, Newton was the first person who mentioned that the rainbow has seven colors. He said that the original basic colors are red, yellow, green, blue, violet, orange, and indigo and between them, there are infinite variations. Therefore, in Britain, the rainbow is regarded to have seven colors. In Japan, it is also that the rainbow has seven colors. However, the number of colors in the rainbow is different in each region and age. For example, in America or France, people regard the rainbow has six colors generally. In German, five colors. In Japan, the number was also regarded as five once. The people living in Okinawa think the rainbow has two colors (red and black). There are still a lot of folk customs who believe the rainbow has two colors even now (http://ja.wikipedia.org/).
By the way, do you know how the rainbow is made? We can see light is refracted when it passes through water. Rainbows are made in the same way. When the sun light is refracted through drop of water in the air, the drop of water plays a part of a prism. Then, the light disperses and looks like a tie having many colors. It is the way rainbows are made. To observe a rainbow easily, we should water over the our eyes by hose turning our back on the sun.
We can see rainbows sometimes soon after the rains stops or in front of the water wall with a splash, or even when we water with hose with our back to the sun.
Anyway, the rainbow is very beautiful optical art.
Generally speaking, the rainbow’s shape is usually arc. But actually, there is also a straight one. Have you ever seen it? The straight rainbow is very rare, so we can hardly see it.
The straight rainbow is called “circumhorizon arc” or “circumhorizontal arc”. The first observation of the circumhorizon arc in Japan was on 6th December in 2005 at Gunma prefecture and there were inquiries to astronomical observatory if the phenomenon was an omen that would cause bad things at that time.
As well as general rainbows, this circumhorizon arc appears by the refraction of light. But this type of rainbow can appear in the particular occasion. Especially, when the light is refracted through the ice crystals in the sky whose directions are almost matched, the circumhorizon arc can appear. We see general rainbow back to the sun, but we see this circumhorizon arc in the same direction with sun. However, we cannot see this rainbow if there are clouds at a low altitude. Therefore, this straight type of rainbow is very rare. In Japan, the circumhorizon arcs are observed only dozens times a year.
If you can see it, you are very lucky.
I have never seen the circumhorizon arc, so I would like to see it sometime.
We don’t have many chances to see the rainbow, so if I see rainbow, I am very happy. I think the rainbow is the most beautiful natural phenomenon.

Japanese population decrease

Japanese Population Decrease
Now, Japan has many social problems. One of them is decrease of people. Wikipedia defines that as by decreasing of women who bear their children and the rate of birth, children decrease. Generally speaking, it is caused by the change of women’s lifestyle. Women have become to give a birth in the older age than before, which means the decrease of children women give a birth in their lifetime. In addition to that, women have more opportunities to work than before, and the notion that women should in a house and care children has become old. After World War 2, in 1950, there were about thirty million children, and they occupied over one third of overall population at that time. Then, since the fist baby boom, the amount of children had been decreasing and in 1970, they occupied one forth of population. In spite of the increasing of children when the second baby boom, the amount of children turned to decrease again. The decreasing has continued even now. According to the statistics, Japan now has the lowest rate of children in the world. The decrease of population causes many kinds of effect.
The most serious problem is Japanese economy will get dull. Decreasing of people also means the decrease of the amount of labors. If the labors decrease, the social power would shrink and the decrease would be an obstacle to the development of the industries. This is one of the effects.
In second, the tax burden on the people will increase. Because the aging people will increase and the younger people decrease, the younger must support the older. Even now, people suffer from high tax, but it can be expected that people will suffer from more tax. The government should think of the good way to solve this problem. This is the second effect.
The third effect is the environment among the children. The rate of birth of children is decreasing, so there will be less children in a class. That has good point and bad point. The good point is that the teacher can care one child more than now. The bad point is, though it is more serious, that children will have less opportunities to interchange. If there are a few children in a class, they can communicate only in small groups. They can’t contact with many people, which means they learn less things from other people than now. They are worried that it will impede progress of their sociality and it will disturb the healthy growing of children.
There is another effect on decrease of children. The competition rate for entering schools may remain stagnant, because the number of schools corresponds with the number of children. The type of classes may also change. One class will have less children, and schools will give them education that aims at development of individual talent rather than learning by rote.
Population decrease cause not only bad effect but also good one.
The good effect is that people can own more area for themselves. It also means the price of land will be lower, so people can buy land more easily. Therefore, more people may move to a house from an apartment, More houses may have even garden.
In conclusion, there are many of effect caused by decrease of people in Japan. There are both good effects and bad ones. However, in total, we should pay more attention to the bad ones. As I said before, decrease of population has caused many serious problems. We should concern of the solution and take some actions to adjust to this social change.

Types of performance

Types of performance

People sometimes see performances. Performances have sometimes power to heal or cheer up people. A performance, in performing arts, generally comprises an event in which one group of people (the performer or performers) behaves in a particular way for another group of people (the audience). Performers often adapt their appearance, such as with costumes and stage makeup, etc. Sometimes the dividing line between performer and the audience may become blurred. The performance can be largely divided into three groups: musical genres, theatrical genres, and other genres.
The first group is musical genres. This group includes concert, recital, and music competition.
A concert is a live performance, usually of music, before an audience. The music maybe performed by a single musician, sometimes then called a recital, or by a musical ensemble, such as an orchestra, a choir, or a musical band. A recital is a musical (vocal or instrumental) performance. It can highlight a single performer, sometimes accompanied by piano, or a performance of the works of a single composer. Also, a recital may have many participants, as for a dance recital. A music competition is a public event designed to identify and award outstanding musical ensembles and/or soloists. This group is performance using music.
The second group is theatrical genres. This group includes play, opera, ballet, and so on. This type of performance is performed in the theater. A play is a performance in which people play roles of other people (things). In play, the actors are needed to become other personalities. Opera is an art form in which singers and musicians perform a dramatic work (called an opera) which combines a text (called a libretto) and a musical score. Ballet is one type of dance origined from Europe. Ballet dancers perform with dance without speaking nor singing.
Other genres can be in the third group. Circus acts, magic, storytelling are in this group. A circus is most commonly a traveling company of performers that may include acrobats, clowns, trained animals, trapeze acts, hoopers, tightrope walkers, jugglers, unicyclists and other stunt-oriented artists. Magic is a performing art that entertains an audience by creating illusions of impossible or supernatural feats, using purely natural means. Storytelling is the ancient art of conveying events in words, images, and sounds often by improvisation or embellishment.
There are vriety types of performance. However, all performances have same point. It is that performers entertain the audience. For the purpose, performers make much practice and prepare for it. Performances have a power to make people happy. The good performance moves our hearts. In this busy society, people may not be able to have a chance to see performance, but good performances work to us in various ways. They sometimes heal us, or entertain, or cheer up , and it can also be an opportunity in which we can notice something that we have forgotton in this busy life. How about going to the theater and have good time seeing the superb performance?

white stew

Today, I went shopping. I bought some cosmetics.
I like to collect pretty straps, and I found some pretty ones at IT'S DEMO which sells pretty goods.
I wanted to buy one, but I gave up, because I think I must not waste money...
In my house, I have lots of straps. I often change the strap which attaches to my cell phone.
I read a book for book report at a cafe. The book I am reading is a little difficult for me, because it has many words whose meanings I don't know. But I want to try it.

After I got home, I cooked white stew. I don't often cook by myself, so my mother told me to cook when I can.
I succeeded to cook it except for burning the bottom of pan.
The taste was nice.

I want to cook various repertoiers.

After dinner, my mother told me that a letter from my hostfamily arrived before yesterday. I opned the envelope and there was a Christmas card in it.
Messages were written in the card. I was really glad to receive this card.
I want to meet my host family...
I think I also send Christmas card to them.

Christmas is coming

Hi.
Today, I went to ballet lesson. Today a different teacher taught us. We took unusual lesson so I enjoyed.
I practiced grand fette(turning with one leg). I like to dance with music. When I listen to ballet music, I want to dance.
I won't take a part in the next performance,but I danced with other students. Anyway, I thought I must go on a diet...

On the way home, there were a lot of illuminations. I felt Christmas was coming. Do you have any plans on Christmas?
I did a part time job in Christmas last year because, I was working at a cake shop. I worked all day in Christmas...
This year, I don't want to do part time job, but I don't have any plans on Christmas.

The illuminations were so beauriful. I want to go to Roppongi and watch the illuminations.

Ballet

As I said before, I like ballet. I like to watch ballet and also dance it. I have been taking ballet lessons since I was four. My mother liked ballet, so she took me to the ballet school.
When I was a little, I was so shy that I couldn't dance with other students. We often use a bar when lesson, but I took a lesson with a chair instead of it near my mother. But other older students were kind and introduced me to take a lesson with them, so I gradually took a lesson with them.
When I was in the elementaly school, I took ballet lessons three times a week. I really loved dancing ballet.
However, I quited it when I entered the junior high school. After that, when I was a high school student, I started ballet lesson again in the same school. I realized that I can't live without ballet.
Ballet is very beautiful and wonderful dance. It has no word, but we can understand the story.
I have watched many ballet performances, and I have been impressed by them. Even now, I take ballet lessons two times a week, though I am not so good dancer and I haven't been there so much recently.
I think ballet is very important for me. I like ballet music, like The Nutcracker, Swan lake, The sleeping beauty. I often listen to them when I go to school in the train.
My favorite ballerina is Miyako Yoshida. She studied abroad in England and became one of the top ballerina of the Royal ballet. I watched "Coppelia" in which Miyako Yoshida played main character. The performance was really wonderful. Do you know Tetsuya Kumakawa? He is very famous ballet dancer in Japan. He is famous for high jumping. I have never seen his performance directly, so I want to watch it sometime.

Change hair color

Today, I had my hair dyed black. There was no reason to dye my hair, but I wanted to change my image. I had my hair dyed blown when I was freshman, and I wanted to return my hair color to original color.
I was a little hesitated to change the color.

After school, I went to a cram school and taught two students. I enjoyed it because I like to talk with them.
But there are something that I bother.
One student was sleeping during the class. He looked tired and very sleepy. I must wake him up, but I hesitated it... But I think I must wake him up.

Skating again

Yesterday, I went to Ginga arena in Fuchinobe with skate members.
It has been a month since we gathered last.
We gathered at Fuchinobe station and went there by bus.
We enjoyed skating until 5 p.m. and went to Gratche where we had dinner.
There were 9 members in all. Two persons came there by their own cars, so we drived to the restaurant by cars.
I am not so good at speaking, so I listened to the conversation but I had fun.
They said that they would gather again in December.
If I can, I would like to go.
I am surprised that this meeting continues, but I want to attend and keep relationshops with them.

having dinner

Yeseterday, I did a part time job at a restaurant.
In the evening, my cousins came to my house and my family and my cousin's family went to a restaurant to have dinner together.
It was planned to cheer up my ill grandfather.
My cousins were very cute. I and my sister played with them with balloon and drew pictures.
I was surprised that my cousin could write hiragana though she was just five years now.
I have met my cousin for some times, but she didn't know my and my sister's name!! I was sad... So, I taught her our names.(But she knew my dog's name.lol)

She was in a nursery school now, and she told us a lot of things about the school life.
We enjoyed having dinner. My grandfather looked fun, so I was at ease.

After my cousins went home, I went to Karaoke with my mother. She was a music teacher, so I had been nervous when I sang a song with her.
But I enjoyed singing.
I want to meet my lovely cousin soon.

Book report

Ellen Emerson White, Long Live The Queen, New York: Scholastic Inc, 343pages, 1989.

Summary:
Meg, the president’s daughter lived with her family in White House. She has nice parents, brothers and butlers. One day, she left home to school with her brothers us usual. Suddenly, something exploded right ahead of them, and some cars and vans were approaching to them in a very high speed with smoke. Some masked men burst out of the car and shot them. Meg saw the blood coming out from her brothers. Screaming, she was taken into the van by a man and brought to somewhere. She was kidnapped. Meg was put in a dark room alone. She was so scared that she cried a lot. She couldn’t understand why she was kidnapped. She was also shot side of her face, so she had some pain. She was forced to spend a few days in the room without any food or drink. Some days after she was kidnapped, the kidnappers came into her room with an injection and guns in their hands. They seemed like kill her. She was so scared and resisted a lot, but she was injected and fainted. After a while, she came to and found she was in a dark cave alone chained her arm to the wall. She was so weak that she was almost about to die. However, she tried to break the chain and finally she could run out from the cave. She asked for help, and found a boy. The boy called the police and she was finally rescued. She escaped death by. She could come back home though she had so terrible experience and got pain. Even after she was in safe, she was frightened and saw bad dream of the kidnappers. However, her parents and friends helped her and she gradually restored to the dairy life.

Setting: New York, America in the 19th Century

Point of view: This story is told from the third person.

Conflict: Meg was in conflict with the kidnappers. She didn’t understand what they wanted, but she knew that they had no intention of letting her live.

Climax: Meg thought she would be killed many times, but she was finally rescued and safe. Though she had very terrible and fear experience, with helps of many people around her, she gradually became good and restored. This is the climax of the story.

Symbol: “The kidnapper” is the symbol of this story. Meg was sending a good life until she was kidnapped by them. She had very scared experience and even after she was in safe, she dreamed bad dreams of them and needed a lot of time to restore. The kidnappers changed her life and gave her bad effect also to people around her.

Irony: The irony of this book is when Meg found her alive in a cave and relieved somewhat for not being killed, she also noticed that she was tied by chain to the wall and couldn’t escape from there. She was alone with no food or drink. She would die soon, though the kidnappers had gone to somewhere. Though there was water out of the cave for just three miles away, she couldn’t get it because she couldn’t move. This is very irony.

Theme: The theme of this book is “We cannot expect what will happen in the life”. Meg’s life was beginning to fall into routine, and then she was kidnapped. Though there was security office in White House, she was kidnapped. This story tells us that we cannot be too careful and expect what will happen next.

Evaluation: This story was written in a little difficult English, so it was not so easy for me to read this book. This story included unforeseen occurrence and unusual situation, I read it with my heart beating fast expecting what would happen next. In the point, this story is very exciting and interesting. However, there often appeared guns, kidnappers, and pain in this story, so I also felt scared as well as Meg. When Meg was finally rescued by police officers, I was really relieved. This story gave me the feeling of being there. I wonder if a man of the kidnappers loved Meg. I think she was not killed because of the man. She might be killed if the man wasn’t there when they tried to kill her. I was impressed by that many people tried to help her to restore in hospital after she was rescued, by showing many DVDs or speaking to her. I felt Meg was loved by many people and kindness of them. According to this story, I thought that the president’s daughter is difficult and dangerous. If I was in such a situation which Meg was put in, I would loose control and go mad. Through this book, I thought it is important for us to live a full life in each time because we cannot expect what will happen in the future.

Pack'n Mack'n

Today, in the 5th period, Pack'n Mack'n came to Sagamihara campus to give a lecture. The title of the lecture was "Packun Mackun no syogekiteki eigo". When I entered the room, there were a lot of students and I couldn't get a seat, so I watched it standing.
Do you know Packun Mackun? They are comedians. Packun is American and Mackun is Japanese. Their talking and lecture were very interesting. I laughed a lot.
They gave a lecture about English prononciation, Japanese English, and mental state. In the end of the lecture, Packun Eiken was held. It is regular game of "Eigo de shaberanaito". Four persons were on the stage and tried to answer the word Packun explained. Today was Packun's birthday, so we sang 'Happy Birthday' together.
I was glad to attend the lecture.

Collapsed international marriages raise child abduction issue

Japanese women who broke up with foreign husband are increasingly bringing their children to Japan without confirming custody rights. It is creating diplomatic problems between Japan and other countries.
If women bring their children to Japan without confirming custody rights after divorce in international marriages, their actions constitute child abduction. Some foreign husbands sometimes file lawsuit in Japan for custody rights, but it is rarely accepted because of high barrier. It makes them frustrated.
The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction bans people from taking their children to their home countries without confirming custody. About 80 countries belong to the convention, but Japan is not one of them.
Among the Japanese women in question, there are some who have fled because of violence from their husbands. They also think their husbands can’t win court because they can’t speak the language well. There are also many who don’t realize that their actions constitute child abduction under the convention.
However, During the July G8 summit, some diplomatic officials have criticized Japan, saying that Japan is carrying out abductions itself.　

Wisdom tooth

Yesterday, I was absent from 1st class because I slept over. When I got up, it was 8:30 a.m..I was shocked. I won't be absent from the class anymore.
I went to dentist in Enoshima. I was picked up my wisdom tooth (Oyashirazu in Japanese). I was anesthetized during the operation, but when my teeth were given an injection of esthesia, it was painful for me.
Then, I went to my grandparents' house with Taiyaki as a souvenir which I bought in Ofuna.
My grandparents welcomed me and we ate taiyaki together. The tastes were three: chestnut, sweet potato, and pumpkin. All of tastes were nice, espectially I liked sweet potato.
I felt relaxed and did what I wanted to do. I watched TV and talked with them. At first I didn't think I would stay, but my grandfatehr prepared futon for me, so I decided to stay.
I love my kind grandparents and was happy to have very leisurely time there.
I want to come to this house again.

Because I had wisdom tooth pulled out, I am afraid that my cheek may swell, but please don't laugh at me.

Smash brothers

Today, I stayed home almost all day.
Tonight, I cooked Tonziru. It was the first time for me to cook it, but the taste was nice. I was glad because my family ate it and my mother said."It's delicious". I don't cook so often, but I want to try to cook when I can.
I received a letter from my host family this evening. I was really glad to receive it. To read the letter, I missed them. During the summer vacation of my 1st year in this university, I studied abroad in England by AGU program. There, I stayed at a very nice family's house and had many great experiences. After I got home, I sometimes sent letters to my host family and exchanging letters still continues. i am really happy to have such a very kind and nice host family. To read the letter, I cried a little because I am really happy to know how they are doing. I want to keep the relationship and go back to England and meet them again sometime.
After I had dinner, I played 'smash brothers' on Wii with my brother. He was very good at playing it, so the charactor who I controled died soon. My favorite charactor is Kirby. I want to practice to control him better. I was surprised that many charactors were put in the soft. Next time, I want to try Peach hime.
Then, I watched "Bakusyo red carpet". I like the program very much.

Kimono

Today, I went to part time job from 8 to 12 a.m.. Then, I went to Kimono shop to take a picture of 20th ceremony with my family. At first, I did make-up and had my hair set. Then, I wored Kimono which color is black with flower print. Kimono was so tight that I was a little painful. I took a picture alone, then with my family. I feld sad because my sister didn't be there. I wanted to take a picture with all my family. But I took a picture with her after we got home. I was glad to wear Kimono. I am looking for the ceremony.

Birthday

Today, I went to Aoyama festival with Kana. We ate many food. Those were all nice. We watched pranetaium of CRC. It was very realistic and I enjoyed wathing stars.

Then, I went to take a lesson.
After the lesson, I went to my grandparents' house with my sister, because today was my grandmother's birthday. Do you know today is also Hello Kitth's birthday?
We had very nice dinner and ate a cake. We cereblated her birthday. She looked happy. I want her to live longer and fine.

Shopping in Yokohama

Today, I went to Yokohama with my sister. We had lunch at MacDonald, and went shopping. I didn't have money, so I just looked around. My sister bought some clothes. She is fifteen years now, and I and she have different favorites of clothes. Therefore, I was boring when my sister was choosing what clolthes she would buy. We bought a white nit cap sharing money. We will use it together. We went to game corner and took a prit club.
As soon as we got home, we went to an Okonamiyaki shop and had dinner with my father. We asked my brother to go with us, but he denied, because he didn't want to walk to the shop!!! How lazy he is!! we had eaten a lot. It has been a long time since I ate Okonomiyaki last, so I was happy♪
Tomorrow, I will go to Aoyama festival, so I am looking for that.

The Nutcracker

I like Ballet. It is a classic dance originated in Italy. I like watching ballet. There are famous stories for ballet: Swan lake, The Nutcracker, and sleeping beauty. Ballet was a performance including dance, music, stage setting. The three stories' music was composed by Thicovsky. My favorite story is The Nutcracker. It is the story of Christmas. Many ballet companies perform it near Christmas. Each company performs their original work, so it is interesting to watch it.



This is one seen of The Nutcracker. This is Russian dance. This is the seen of Clara's dream. In sweets country, various sweets dance welcome her. This dance is for 'wheat'. In the Nutcracker, some famous musics are used, so people who have never seen ballet performance would enjoy watching it. If you are interested in ballet, I reccomend you to watch The Nutcracker in this Christmas.

Skating

The day before yesterday, I went to Fuchinobe Ginga Arina which was opened recently. It is a skate link. We can get there by bus from Fuchinobe station.
In this summer, I took skate course of AGU and the members who took same course gathered. I enjoyed skating and talking with them. I am glad to keep relationship with the members who met at the course. Eleven members gatehred in all.
I want to go to the link and skate with them again. Because the skate class was so enjoyable, I recommend you to take the course.

Mr Doughnut

Hi! Good evening.
Today, I went to the first class(Reading). On Saturday, I have only 1st class, so I must wake up 6 o'clock every Saturday. It is a little hard for me... In the next year, I hope there will not be any class on Saturday. When the class finished, I returned home directly and took a nap though I had to do my homework.
Then, I went to ballet lesson. After the lesson, I went to Mr Doughnut with ballet friends. Today, 100 yen sale was held and we all ate same new doughnut coated with salt caramel. It was very nice. I recommend you to eat the new commodity in Mr Doughnut.

Should Couples Live Together Before Marriage?
Today, some couples live together before they get married. In the past, to live together before marriage is not so popular, because old people thought the couples should live together after marriage. On contrary to such Japan, in Europe or America, it has been more popular since old time. In Japan, it is becoming more popular as well. To live together before marriage has merits for couples in many ways and that is why many couples choose to do that now. Couples should live together before marriage.
At first, one merit is that couples can know each other deeply through sharing with each other. By doing this, couples know a lot of things about each other including what they can’t find out in dates (like the way to use toilet, how to spend money, how to clean up, and so on). They can experience the life after marriage before they really get married. Some experts think that it may decrease the rate of divorce, because the couples can break up before marriage if they think the partner is not suit. In that sense, to living together is useful.
Another merit is that couples can be at ease because they live in a same place and they can spend more times with the partner than living separated. Especially, in the case that women live alone, to live together is good in the security way, because her boyfriend can guard her from perverts. Moreover, by sharing one house, they can save money.
On the other hand, there are some demerits as well. One of them is that the couples have a fewer time to spend alone. Especially, women may have more duties like cooking, doing laundry, doing wash, cleaning up the rooms, and so on. Some people say that men have more good points than women in cohabitation, because when men come back home, there are dinner which his girlfriend made and she does house chores instead of him.
The second demerit is that even though cohabitation has become common now, there are still some people who don’t agree with it. If the couple’s parents don’t agree, the couple must persuade them at first. If they live together without their parents’ permission or informing them of that, some troubles may occur between couples and their family. In the case, the couple will lose their credit.
In conclusion, there are both merits and demerits in cohabitation. However, if couples live together with their relative’s credit, it has more merits than demerits. To make sure of the partner and not to make a mistake choosing the partner, couples should live together before they get married.

Cake shop

Hi! On Wednesday, I have no class. I went to part time job from 1 to 5 p.m..
I am working at a cake shop. It is famous in Totsuka. There are many kinds of cakes and sweets. I am happy to work surrounded by many beautifuly decolated cakes. I like to see the design of cakes. In my cake shop, many workers are near my age, so I enjoy working there. Please come to my cake shop when you want to eat cakes(*´ω｀*)♪〃

My pet

Hi! Today, I will introduce my pet. I have a dog named "Sora". He is so cute and I love him. I had wanted to have a dog since I was young and my dream had come true. However, I learned that to have a dog is difficult and harder than I thought. Everyday, I am healed by him. He is miniture ducks hund. His color is cream.

Cousin came

Hi! Goodevening.
Today, I did part time job at a family restaurant from 8 to 12 a.m. Today, many customers came to the restaurant, so I was very busy and tired. But I enjoyed it. I felt time passed slowly. I think to work in the restaurant is very hard. When I drank tea in the rest room after working, I felt very good and the tea was so nice.
After I got home, my cousin's family came. My cousins were little, so they were very very cute!! I played Hanetsuki with my cousin. I enoyed it. We laughed a lot. I am happy to have such cute cousin. Then, I went to the meeting of juku witch I am working at. After the meeting, I went to a game center with collegues and took a print club. I enjoyed it.

Trip to Guam

Hi! I went to Guam as a trip with my mother from 12th to 15th on October. It was the first time for me to go there. We rode on a airline at Narita airport. It took about three hours to get to Guam from Japan. I enjoyed the flight, though I was a little scared of the flight. When I arrived at Guam, natives welcomed us. In contrary with my thought, many natives can speak Japanese well. Wherever like hotel, shopping center, sightseeing spot, natives spoke to us in great Japanese. I was really surprised at it. And I was also surprised that there were many Japanese tourists there. The natives also could speak Korean. I think Guam earns money mainly from tourism, so the workers learn Japanese and Korean. However, I wanted to speak English and talked with native people in English, so I was a little flustrated. I didn't have many opportunities to talk with them in English...

I and my mother did sightseeping, shopping, and swimming in the sea and pool. On the third day in my trip, we went to PIC(Pacific Island Club), where we swam in the pool, played at a water slider, rode on the yocht, did a snorkel, and played badminton. We enjoyed PIC a whole day. In the pool, I and my mother played vallyball with Korean people. I didn't understand what they said, but I enjoyed playing it. After we played, we had dinner looking at a show. In the show, the native people performed their traditional dances including the hura. Those were so nice and interesing! I was glad to see that.

I felt the trip was so short, but I enjoyed the trip. I would like to go to Guam again!

visit grandparents' house

Hi! Yesterday, I went to my grandparents' house.

It is not so far from my house, but I haven't been there for a month because I was busy.

Whenever I go to my grandparents' house, I can hang loose. Because they are very kind and give me lots of hospitality.

I watched the video of my youth. I had dinner with them. They cooked Tenpura.It was soooo nice! After that, I played "Mario cart" on super family computer. I played it after long time, but I could enjoy it. Then, I watched "Bloody monday". In the program, Haruma Miura was playing the main charactor. He was so cool. I thought he is a good actor.

When The program finished, my sister came. She had dinner. Then, we got back by my grandfather's car. On the way home, we dropped off Ito Yokado, where I and my sister ate 31 ice cream. I ate tiramisu ice. It was so delicious! Now, 31 held Halloween campain, and I got a pretty pen. I was glad.

Today, I am going to Guam for five days with my mother.I am so looking for that.

I will enjoy the vacation!

Today, I went to a hair salon and had my hair cut.

After thet, I went to the school.
In this summer, I went to Nagano to practice skating
as a course of the university.

We played basketball.
It has been a long time since I played it last, I really enjoyed it.

hard day

Hi!
Today, I went to dentist. It is located in Enoshima.
I was polished my teeth. It was a little painful.
The dentist is my friend's mother, so I talked with her something.
After that, I went to Ofuna. I shopped around but bought nothing.
If I had more money, I could have bought clothes...
Then, I went to take a ballet lesson. Today, There were many students.
I danced for two hours. I enjoyed the lesson.
Then, I did part time job from 5p.m. to 8p.m.
I am working at a cake shop. Halloween is near, so there are some Halloween cakes.
I left home withoug an unbrella, but when I left cake shop, it was raining.
I went back home riding a bycicle in rain. I was very wet. Next time, I want to check the weather before I leave home.

A movie

Good evening!
Today, I went to school for 2nd and 3rd classes.
Usually, I have fifth class, but today there was no class.
After 3rd class ended, I went to the library and watched "The story of Nalnia".
I tried to watch it without script, but it was difficult for me to understand the story without it. The movie was so interesting. If you haven't watched it, I recommend you to watch it.

After that, I went to Ofuna to take a ballet lesson.
I went to the lesson after 2 weeks. I enjoyed dancing there. After the lesson, I went home with my sister and friend.
I must do homework now.

Open recording

Hi!
Yesterday, I went to Machida City Hall after school.
Because one of NHK program,"Eigo de syaberanaito", was recorded there.
I saw it recorded.
Do you know that program? I like the program and watch it sometimes.
I applied for the open recording formerly and was elected.
It started at 6:45p.m.. The hall was filled with audience. The main personalities: Moe Oshikiri, Patric, Mr,Yashima, Aoki anouncer appeared from the side door suddenly.
There were a lot of shouts of joy. I was sitting at back so Moe and Patric passed just behind me!
They stood on the stage. As a guest, a comedian came.
Moe Oshikiri was tall and slender and cute. I was glad to see her.
The recording started.
At first, dancers of Obirin came and performed. It was like a cheer girl's dance. It was so nice.
The personalities danced with them. To see that, I also wanted to dance.
Then, the elementary school students came and battled with regular personalities in English pronunciation game.
I was surprised that the students can pronounce English words correctly. I thought it was important for students to learn english useing such a game and enjoying studying it.
After that, we played true or false game.
The audience was given one card with ○ and ×printed inside out. Packun put questions to the audience, and they answered by raising the card.
I made wrong answer at the first question. I was sad.
The quiz was difficult, but I could learn new things from the quiz. In the whole quiz, I could answer only one question.
People who made wron answer sat down, and the rest went to the stage.
There, Packun Eiken was held. I knew all of the answers.
Then, talk show started. We heard the comedian's talk. It was interesting.

The recording finished. I enjoyed seeing it.
